Divorce
Many Churches are against divorce. Their position on this is understandable and it should be respected. Remember that Jesus Himself spoke against divorce.
But what are we to make of situations where one of the partners has been unfaithful, or violent, or any of the other examples we can all think of which make a trustful loving relationship no longer possible.
Does Jesus really want such couples to remain together in a living hell "til death do us part"?
